Use ProMap-FT™ for Needle-Based Focal Therapy Imaging and Planning
The KOELIS Trinity® 3D MRI/ultrasound fusion biopsy system offers distinct advantages for treatment planning for focal therapies using KOELIS’ ProMap-FT™ software. Because KOELIS Trinity® captures and records biopsy core locations from one exam to another, and all spatial coordinates are stored in the system for each patient, you can review a patient’s case at any time.
The second look images show the capacity of KOELIS Trinity® with ProMap-FT™ to focally treat patients who already had biopsy with KOELIS Trinity®
The advantage is that you can include in your treatment the positive cores that were obtained outside the MRI lesion.
3D cartography visualizes the isotherms (-40deg, -20deg, and 0deg) for you, making it easier to calculate your treatment margin thus improving patient care.
This is being done cognitively today, as only the 0°C boundary is visible on the ultrasound.
With ProMap-FT™, you can better plan, guide and monitor needle-based focal therapy techniques within the KOELIS Trinity® system. The ProMap-FT™ module allows for:
- Computation of semi-automatic margins around the MRI lesion
- Ability to contour organs at risk
- Displays the predictive iceballs or ablation charts provided by the manufacturer
ProMap-FT™ is designed to help plan and guide localized prostate cancer treatment using a range of ablative technologies.
We also offer KOELIS’ ProMap Lite™ software that allows radiologists to conduct real-time analysis of MRI and mpMRI of the prostate, report those findings and easily prepare that data for the urologist performing prostate fusion biopsy.
